For reserving your unit on Landit

A property/unit in Le Boutonne is only reserved once Landit Studios (Pty) Ltd has received the payment of the R5 000 reservation fee via the secure payment platform.
This reservation fee will reserve your property for a maximum of 72 (seventy two) hours from the date of confirmed reservation.
The Le Boutonne sales team, Louw & Coetzee Properties (the Agency), will be in direct contact with you as soon as your reservation is received, whereafter a Deed of Sale for the purchase on the unit will be sent for signature.
The Reservation Fee is fully refundable upon signing of the Deed of Sale with the Agency. (This means your R5000 gets paid to the conveyancers toward your deposit).
Should a Deed of Sale for this property not be signed within 72 (seventy two) hours from date of reservation, then your reservation shall automatically lapse and the unit shall be made available for purchase by other purchasers. The Reservation Fee in such instances shall not be refunded.
The Agency referred to is Louw & Coetzee Properties (Pty) Ltd, a real estate agency registered with the Property Practitioner’s Regulatory Authority, with valid FFC.
